Welcome at the Many Languages of Tintin

Tintin was created by Georges Remi (May 22, 1907 - March 3, 1983) who is better known as Hergé. The first albums appeared as early as 1929 and the last (incomplete) album was published in 1986. New translations are still being published. Tintin became a worldwide bestseller and has been translated into many languages and dialects.
This site is dedicated to all those translations of the 24 comic albums made by Hergé.
You won't find in-depth information about Hergé or the Tintin stories as there are numerous excellent websites that do that already. Here we try to give you detailed information about each translation. If you have any comment or new information, please contact us.
